These terms apply to orders placed through the Ramo's Fishmonger website.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the items listed at the prices shown. Prices are subject to change; the price shown at the time of ordering is the price you pay.

Availability

We sell fresh seafood — availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.

Preparation

Preparation options (cleaning, filleting, cutting to steaks) are provided free of charge. Weight is measured before preparation — the final prepared weight will be lower.

Delivery

Delivery is available within 5 miles of our shop, subject to a minimum order value. Order before 1pm for same-day delivery between 2pm and 4pm.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
